T3/T4 B230 Oil lines kit (Bolt On)

This kit includes all the necessary high-quality hoses and fittings to ensure proper oil supply to and drainage from your T3/T4 turbocharger, which is critical for turbo longevity and performance.

Oil Supply (Oil In):

• A steel-braided AN4 hose (commonly 36" or custom length) that delivers oil from the engine to the turbo.

• Includes a special inlet adapter with a built-in oil restrictor to limit oil flow and prevent seals from being blown due to excessive pressure.

• Comes with a banjo bolt kit for a simple and leak-free connection to the B230 engine block.

Oil Return (Oil Out):

• A larger steel-braided AN10 hose (commonly 17" or custom length) that drains hot oil back to the oil pan.

• Includes an AN10 flange that bolts directly to the turbo (fits standard T3/T4, c/c 51mm).

• Features a unique AN10 oil pan adapter that in many cases can be bolted on without welding, simplifying installation.

For Race Engines:

• These components are designed for maximum durability, heat resistance, and pressure tolerance, with anodized aluminum fittings for a clean and professional installation.

• For race engines, the oil supply flange should be drilled out to 4 mm to accommodate higher oil flow.

This kit contains all parts required to mount your T3/T4 turbo on your B230 engine — it’s a complete bolt-on solution.

• For standard B230F engines, a hole must be drilled in the engine block to fit the return line.

• For B230FK/FT engines, the kit is fully bolt-on.
